It s not possible to return more than one value using unconnected lookup. You can not opt more than one return (R) port in unconnected lookup.

I am using a flat file as source, my question is how can I know the end of file is reached? Is there any possibility to configure in session properties.

You can use LEFT OUTER JOIN or RIGHT OUTER JOINS in source qualifier trans as SQL override. But make sure that you are not combining two or more outer joins using the same table as the inner table of more than one outer join.More information reach me @ sriram . kumar @ oneindia . in

There is no default group in Filter Transformation. The records which does not satisfy filter condition are discarded and not written to reject file or session log file
