I am 20010 passed out Electrical Engineer, and have 3.5 years of teaching experience in my stream. I completed Java developer course (full time) from Seed Infotech and now searching job. However my resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere and unable to apply most of the openings.

What is the way to approach for job?

I have an idea of changing from Programming field to Business Objective (which is a kind of data visualization - report generation). I have no Idea about Business Object. Someone help me in Understanding business object and future scope of it.

I will only suggest you to go for certification like HP UFT or Selenium with the help of any training institute like Seed Infotech. Really this will help you to change your career because there is nothing manual testing in coming days.

I have overall 7 years of IT experience. I am currently interested in ETL / DB Testing but i dont have much experience in the same hardly 8 months i was part of DB testing Project.
Before i had 5 years exp. in ASP and SQL Development projects, but since it was on classic ASP so there is not much scope with that expereince.

Search for IOS Development training company should be enough big to as well place you within that company. Whatever they offer accept it. It will take 6 month to start development at small level apps but after 1 year you can easily switch with very good package of 2-3 lacks per year.
