Needed guidance for growing in the field of SAP-BOBJ, BI/BW in India?

Hi Gurus,
I am a fresher joined in CTS, got a very good opportunity to get trained in SAP-BI/BW, BOBJ. But I am completely newbie in this field. Although training is being given from the company, but that is not fulfilling the inner desire, well its a common scenarios across various MNCs, so could anyone give any idea of how to proceed ahead to reach to the developer level, do we compulsorily got to enroll over the courses coz courses on SAP (any modules) are very costly or any other way. I am excited to explore and grow in this field?

Best way to grow as Developer you should join in SAP Training Course then only you will get to know the complete module and also you will gain good Technical Knowledge.
If your unable to bare the fee buy SAP training institute course material and fellow it daily basis. Get clear your doubts by reading articles. There are plenty of articles already available in the net. Many blogs will also answer for your questions too.
