goto run then type diskmgmt.msc after that you need to select hardisk then right click on it now you can convert it into basic disk to dynamic disk.
note: you should be login with administrator account.

on the desktop, press winkey+r,
type diskmgmt.msc
on the disk, right click, choose convert to dynamic disk.

Go to my computer right click manage -Disk Management -disk right click convert dynamic to basic to dynamic
Note - You need to log in with Administrator account

goto Disk management and select HDD (Disk0,Disk1,..) right click on disk0 click convert to Dynamic.. once you convert dynamic then you cant install the OS on the Disk
