There may be any batch file of restart in your startup file.

It might be Overheating desktop,may be too many dust,might be any external attached media,may be virus problem,may be os corrupt,it might be some application Software might be goes to problem.

Solution may be Check the motherboard Fan,cleaning the dust ,disconnect the external attached media,repaird the os,check the all motherboard media connection
