How to find out global zone name from a non-global zone?

At Local zone:-
#arp -a|grep SP

You can also get global zone name using below command:
cat /etc/VRTSvcs/.vcshost

arp -a |grep -i SPLA
you might be getting the results of Global Zone along with all NGZs , But still it gives a bit accurate details

Delegate the "hostname" file from the global zone to the zone via zonecfg. It will add an entry to df -h in the NGZ.

Any local zone you can type this command globalzone. You can find globalzone name

arp -a|grep -i SP
It wont give you direct answer but you have to figure out what can be your global zone

zoneadm list -cvi also will list you all zones
