Help with HR scenario

It’s Day 1 in your new role. You’ve just learned that the facility is in the midst of some crucial management changes and several key members of management have either left the company or have transferred to different divisions.
In addition, a new shift schedule has been initiated for the hourly employees and they are upset with the new schedules. You need to properly staff the management team back to 100% and keep your remaining top talent from leaving.
