DTSI - Digital Twin Spark Ignition, this technology will use two spark plug to ignite the mixture, so burning of the mixture inside the cylinder will be uniform in all area, this technology overwrite the problem of ignition lag in normal single spark plug engine.

digital twin spark ignition system. in this system two spark plugs are used to avoid the problem of detonation in the engine. with the use of two spark plugs the flame speed is so high that it will reach the end portion of charge which is in contact of hot side wall of engine cylinder and that flame will burn that end charge before its delay period is over in order to avoid the detonation.

Its: Digital Twin spark ignition (Basically, It deploys two spark plugs in a single cylinder engine; instead of one spark plug which is usually seen in a conventional 4-stroke petrol engine) The timing of these two spark plugs are controlled digitally by a Microprocessor. That why the name: DTS-i .
