Depending on the position you are in, self development can be achieved by a combination of any of the following

  1. Extra reading on processes
  2. Extra reading on domain
  3. Enrolling for courses
  4. Reviewing professional certifications in your area - like PMP, CBAP and preparing for the same.
  5. Subscribing to journals and other publications
  6. Attending soft skill courses
