Internal reader(INTRDR) is used to submit a Jcl via another Jcl, with manually submitting it.

For example:

Suppose you want to submit JCl ABC.XYZ.J1 throught another JCL.

//JOB1 JOB NOTIFY=&SYSUID, PRTY=15
//STEP1 EXEC PGM=IEBGENER
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSUT1 DD DSN=ABC.XYZ.J1,DISP=SHR
//SYSOUT DD SYSOUT=(,INTRDR)
//SYSIN DD DUMMY
