Go to the Requirements Tab first!
Add the requirements from the BRS - Business Requirement Specification document. You will have to take care of the dependencies between the requirements too in QC!

Once your requirements are added, you can go on and add releases, cycles and map the requirements to the releases!

It is really useful to add the requirements to QC!
