What are the challenges you face as a manual tester?

1. Incomplete/Changing requirements.
2. Limited time for delevery.
3. In-sufficient testing team.
4. Configuration problems (like s/w, h/w and networking problems)

Some challenges in testing are:

1) Inaccurate, incomplete or entirely missing requirements
2) Application not delivered to test on time constricting the time to test
3) Deliverables from 3rd-party vendors not on time
4) Inordinate number of Change Requests during the course of testing
5) Testers not available for testing due to illness, personal issues, job changes
6) Differences between test and production environments
7) Lack of communication and coordination between members of cross-functional groups that are internal and external to the company
