In different type defect format what is Requirements Compliance and Standards Compliance.

Hi

Compliance is nothing but meeting the minimum standards.  When we talk about Requirement compliance and Standards compliance, we need to meet the minimum standards for requirement compliance and standard compliance

For eg: if we take testing activities, there will be an universal / international / common body who defines a set of activities with respect to testing.  When we adhere to these process, we call under go this testing activity successfully , we say that this particular testing activitiy has under gone this testing compliance

Whether we meet the compliance or not is checked by auditing team.  

In General, a set of standards are defined by a universal body and we check whether our activities meet those standards and when we meet those standards, we say that the particular activity has so and so compliance
