If you need to allow only some users to be able to remove sales order block for delivery. What will you do?

There are different types of blocks in sales order like
RO block, etc

To remove RO block go to VKM3 transaction and release the order your block will be removed

If you want only some users to be able to remove a sales order block then you do not give the others access to the transaction that enables them to do so. This is controlled in the user profile by the security and authorisations operator/team.
