To work on shared report you need to specify the path at Resources tab & while creating a script we need to specify whether it is per action or shared.

After creation of script you cannot change from per action to shared or vice versa. Coz when we add the objects in OR the type will be locked unless until we delete the objects in OR and delete the Action 1 in test.

steps to convert local object repository into shared ......
1.Record any small script, suppose the script is  "TEST1" .
2.save the script , now a local object repository will be created for "TEST1"
3.copy this script from expert view .
4.open a blank test then past the script copied in step3
5.save this script as 'TEST2'
6.now open the resources tab, the sahred button for object repository will 
be activeted now.
7.select the button & select OR created in step 2. this will be sharable now
