HI ,

 Expection is an unexpected error during run time.To handle this we use Recovery scenarios on QTP.
We have 3 steps while doing this.
1.Trigger events
2.Recovery scenario
3.Post recovery test run
In the first step we have to identify the trigger event type i.e. pop up window or application crash or test run error or object state error.
In the second step give the recovery for that error i'e.key board input or mouse click
In the third step tell to the tool where to satrt.
