How do you decide Nominal Load on a Web based Application?

The Problem is a video preview is available in a site. Which take time to load the page for 40 seconds. if many users open the site means the video cant display. how can i overcome this problem?

This is how you are going to prepare the matrix.

Consider 10 hours is a day, 30 days are month, 365 days are year.

Based on this you need to prepare the no. of users requirments based on week days, weekends and pick time usage(ad promos).

Based on the above matrix draw a line such that you can fix the VUsers and consistency measure the performance during load and sock tests.
