This may not be possible unless you write your own script to down load the test cases and write them to excel. Look in to the Otag file you will find some solution for this.

In Test Director if you want to export the test scripts into excel just right click and there will be a menu called "Expot" juct click on that and u find the options to which sheet u want to export.
 

But in QC just right click and then click on the saveas Button u find the options to which sheet u want to export.

To this you have to install an addin which is provided by mercury or you can yourself create a script in excel to export.

Once you install the addin right click on the test cases in the test plan tab and you'll get the option to export the test cases to excel file...
