Which protocol to use for oracle10g application?

Hi All,

My application is designed in oracle SWIFT and it uses oracle 10g. I tried recording through oracleNCA protocol.Its recording but when I do playback it throw this error "Error: nca_connect_server: cannot communicate with host prod-mil-sun01.myanite.com on port 7778".

Could you please explain the reason why its throwing error and provide me the solution.

If I need to do any setting in the database please do update me.
