Load Runner Recording Error 26609

I am new to LoadRunner.

I was going through tutorial. I recorded the steps of reserving the flight on the site:

http://localhost:1080/mercuryWebTours/

When i ran the test, i came across the following error:

Action.c(6): Error -26609: HTTP Status-Code=503 (Service Unavailable) for "http://www.localhost.com/mercuryWebTours/" [MsgId: MERR-26609]
Action.c(6): Warning -26200: At least one of the resources specified by EXTRARES has not been downloaded due to the above error(s) [MsgId: MWAR-26200]

You are getting HTTP 503 Error Means your system doesn't  have acess for mercury url. So instead of that url you can take any other link and check the internet proxy setting of particular system.

That means:The server is currently unable to handle the request. The server returned the error: "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE".

Troubleshooting  for this:
Try to access the URL or the application being tested from a browser on the same machine

I am Sure that HTTP 503 error displayed in this situation only. Make sure that IIS Service is running in your system else please run it and try to connect the tours.
