Hi,

This is more related to QA people...... this comes under CMM level. when a company wants to attain CMM level(1/2/3/4/5) that should follow some procedures. so , by combining 5 levels there are 18 KPA's. each level is having some breakups.

so dont get deeper into this....u need to know only what is CMM...thats it..try to concentrate on QC(testing)...
