Hai,I use TD7.2.It is a web-based Management tool.In this the TDAdmin creates user.If it suits you then take my ans.At the home page,the admin chooses the" customize"option.He is authenticated with a user id and password(Default).He creates user by choosing Add user option.Ram

1- Login as an Admin.
2- Go to the Administration tab.
3- Click on Setup Users..
4- Click on the New button.
5- Enter Login credentials for that user.
6- Once created, make himher a member of any group.
7- Click on the Groups Tab to set the permission to that user.
