Hi Nawab,
your beginning is good.
you have created a description object.
after that you can use the method childobject().
this returns a collection of all the objects.
so your desc object is oDesc.
try this.objBrowserColl = Desktop.ChildObjects(oDesc).
this collects all the objects that match the properties as per oDesc and store them in objBrowserColl.
you can use objBrowserColl.Child() method to get the count.
you can build your script upon this.let me know
