I guess, You cann't work on moving objects in winrunner, you have to use QTP for that.

If WR does not identify some of application object, then you can use Virtual Obect wizard or you need some add in for that

regular expression are added in label name, caption etc. e.g there is Message box comes with a caption "User Harish" where Harish is variable . In properties of Window
Name you can give expression like Caption: "! User.*" So, it will identify the Object.
