Dear All,Can some one please tell me how can you solve the problem of object identification in WinRunner? If some objects from an application are not being identified by WR then how can those objects be identified? The MSW_id of these objects gets changed on each playback, how to control this problem? Please help.

You can manually add the logical and physical description in GUI Map if winrunner is not recognizing it or you have not installed/selected the required add-in.

If MSW_id is changing then use regular expression to identify varying labels.

If Winrunner is not able to identify objects, You try to Select index or location selector in GUI map configuration.  Hope it wil help you
