When we are extracting the data from excel sheet. at session level how can we set the database connection for excel sheet?

this extraction of data can be done in another format also

what u can do

u can copy the data from excel sheet to a notepad file

then u can load the data in the source using import from flatfile

then in session u can specify the path of the flatfile where u are setting the connection properties for the target..
