merging the files in winRunner 2 ways  1.manual merge    2. auto merge        in manual merge tester merge(combine) the files . but  auto merge winrunner merge the files automatically.

If u are asking about Merging two or more GUI files.. Please read further

We need to create one Empty file(Goto to GUI Map Editor, Clear the Contents if any and save it) and 2 or more normal files(Goto GUI Map Editor for each file and save it with the contents, and clear the contents after saving).. Now we have to merge these normal files into the empty file by following the steps:

Goto Tools then Merge GUI Map files now select the Merge Type (Either Manual or Auto) Select the Empty file as a Target File and Add other files as Source Files.
