Perform the following steps to upload the scripts to TD.1. Open the Excel worksheet that you want to export.2. Select the columns which you want to export.3. Open the TD excel Add-in by clicking on Tools> Export to TestDirector. The TestDirector Export Wizard ? Step 1 of 8 dialog box opens.4. Type the TestDirector URL into the supplied box and click next. The Step 2 dialog box opens.5. Type your project details viz. The Domain name and the Project name and click next. The Step 3 dialog box opens.6. Enter the Username and Password for logging into TD and click next. The Step 4 dialog box opens.7. On Step 4 you can select what you want to upload. Since you are exporting Test Scripts, select the Tests Radio button and click next. The Step 5 dialog box opens.8. In Step 5 you map the Excel columns to fields in TestDirector. You can, Select an existing map.  Create a new map.  Create a temporary map that will not be saved. We will create a new map which can be reused in the subsequent exports. To create a new map type a new map name in the ?Type a new map name:? text box and click on next. The Step 6 dialog box opens.9. To map a TestDirector field to a corresponding Microsoft Excel column, choose a field name from the list on the left, and click the arrow button (>). The Map Field with Column dialog box opens. Type a corresponding column letter, and click OK. To remove a field mapping, choose a field name from the list on the right, and click the arrow button (<). Click the double arrow button (<<) to remove all fields. You must map fields that are marked in red. Click on the next button. The Step 7 dialog box opens.10. You see the progress of your scripts being uploaded to TestDirector. If an error occurs while exporting the worksheet, the Scan Error Report dialog box opens. If you have successfully exported your worksheet to TD, The Step 8 dialog box opens. Click Finish to end.
