Hi,See there are some basic troubleshooting like.1) Architect of the network.2) Netowk Equipments like Switch is more faster then Hub .3) Physical Media (Means backbone connectivity like copper or fiber or sattelite )4) In Lan segments wise what the topology and network interface cards.5) In wan segments what the routers and their routing methos and what protocols they used. etcthanks
