The time taken for completion of an application will me measured using cyclomatic complexity.It is a quantitative measure to calculate time.

This depends upon the complexity of the pages. May be one page will be having only the content and other page having very complex financial calculations. The easy way of finding the time is to find the time of development of these individual pages. And calculate 30-40% time of testing as per the time consumed in developement.

It depends on what is in those 100 pages. So general estimation is 30% - 40% of development time. Or look as past project data - # of QA hrs consumed in each phase of testing.

Many a times interviewers tend to trick you by adding specifics to simple questions like "how do you estimate QA time?"

1 page or 100,000 pages answer is the same..
