with ta decoupling capacitor u cannt get o/p bcz it blocks the DC and allows only AC ok .... is u dont us it it give the o/p but it's DC only so no use to hav a DC voltage in O/P ok

I think you should do a project based on micro controller...if you have a knowledge of MATLAB then it will be an added advantage for you, you can make a project on that. The micro controller based projects are simple and easy to understand and even you can understand their programs easily..
