      Iam not sure but you can confrirm with other people.

      Factless fact is nothing but Non-additive measures.

EX:  Temperature in fact table will note it as Moderate,Low,High. This type of things are called Non-additive measures.

Factless Fact Tables are the fact tables with no facts or measures(numerical data). It contains only the foriegn keys of corresponding Dimensions.

such fact tables are required to avoid flaking of levels within dimension and to define them as a separate cube connected to the main cube.

Fact table will contains metrics and FK's corresponding to the Dimesional table, but factless Fact table will contains only FK's of corresponding dimensions without any metrics,regards, rma
