Logical views are views in Oracle database it contains one or more table columns from different tables without DBA involvement.

Logical Views or logical tables are used to model a Microstrategy schema that cannot be supported with just the database structures.

By using Logical views it is easier to manage SCD's , attribute form expresseions from multiple tables etc.

Logical Views are mainly used for to resolve many-many relationships. many-many relationship causes Multiple counting or double counting. The results of logical views are not cached;

Logical views are the views which can create in microstrategy without any involvment of the DBA's. by using these view we can modal atttributes and fact according to requirement.
