Hi, I have passed my B.E. in computer science & Engineering in 2003. Currently I am working as Back office Executive in a MNC. we are actually working for a USA tea manufacturing client, they have ERP. we are working as their back office. My Job role is to handle a team of 8-10 people. Analysis their performance. Ensuring that all the back office work should be get done by time. Understing the Business processes , figure out which processes can be transitioned from client to us, ensuring the proper documentation etc.I want to shift my career in IT industry. Please suggest me is it possible? if yes what should be the right place for me in the It industry?. How I will progress

Listen, You have a solid job, Neither all IT career are gold-mines, Nor all BPO jobs are coal-mines. Better consolidate your position in your current job. You are in the right place.... Just dont get misplaced.

Its not possible to shift in the IT industry. My preffernce is on The C, C++ domain.

may i enter into the CRM doamin?

Also please suggest what should be my next carrer path and how much the prospects is in my current industry. which are the other companies do same type of works, so that i may applied for them.
