Hi I am a semi qualified Chartered accountant (Intermediate-I group) and having around 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry and currently working as Manager (Accounts & Systems) for a cement company at Hyd. I have the excellent functional experience in the fields of GL,AR,AP and FA, but have not worked on Oracle Financials. I have undergone the ERP training in the above modules. Now I wish to shift my career to ERP wherein I am very confident that I can deliver the best. But I learn from going through the Jobs posted that ERP experience is a must. Can you suggest/guide me as to how to go get a break in the ERP industry. Thanks in advance.Rao.

Hi,

Learn Oracle Apps from any training institute  to gain hands on xperience on the software. Without knowing the software u can not do the interviews. As the interview questions are s/w centric
