hi,

Recovery scenario manager is a wizard through we can recover the exception handling. In QTP for exception handling we will use the recovery scenario manager. We can handle pop-up exceptions, Application crash exceptions and many more.

When we run the application we will be getting runtime errors

that means some time application will be behaving as non-active state instead of active state generally with QTP we can encounter 4 types of problems

1 object state - object related problems
2 pop-up - unwanted windows
3 application crash -
4 vb script error problems.
