Port maps to a working process of the OS.

Iterface is a concept that state about the intercommunication between two applications or processes or two terminals

port is hardware unit  used to connect two components or a device to the terminal    for eg -   USB PORT

Interface:     It's nothing but a (OS process or Sometimes it's a interface processor for that device) that work as intermediary in between two or more communicating processes/devices either on same system or on the network.And also take care of

->Synchronisation of speeds

Port: Port is that  unit from where we get acess of particular unit/application or where the work is commenced.

for example everydos prompt is different (If u open 2 dos prompt they have different ports)
