When no Requirements is Given for a Project, then have a conference with the Business Analyst and figure out UML Diagrams for the Project, SubDivide them into Use Cases and Test Scenarios, Using them Create Test Plans and Test Cases., confirm that with the Business Analyst at Each Stage, get their Sign Off as soon as you done.

By doing the ad-hoc testing, it is a testing where the tester tries to break by randomly trying the system's funtionality
