Ensuring that all the customer requirements are met in the product which is under production. It s a static testing activity which is conducted before Quality control.  
 
It answers the querry, ARE WE BUILDING THE PRODUCT IN A BETTER WAY BY USING APPROPRIATE PROCESS?
