   After succefull creation of PO. then u have to include all the process definitions and all the people codes and App engine programs(what we are done in the online portal) into the upgrade tab in project workspace.(by opening required program and insert into our PO).

then we  are useing navigation like this to upgrade the project

tools -----> copyproject------> to stamp database.

after entering user id, and passoword. it will ask 3 options like this OK, CANCEL,COPY.
