This question needs some clarification at "New build version(Test Suite)"

New build version--->There is a build,on that testers perform testing and if we want to release the product ,number of builds should be tested and whenever the defect density is low ,we release the product with the version number .

Test Suite :It is almost like a folder which consists of different test cases for some purpose like we can have a regression test suite which consists of different test cases for that specific build,which should be executed .By executing all the test cases in that regression test suite ,regression testing is complete for that build.

Please clarify your question.
