What is the command can reconfigure devices with out reboot?

1. devfsadm
2. drvconfig

But "reboot -r" need to reboot the system...

Either you can use

1.devfsadm

single command solaris 8 on wards in the backward we have to use

1.drvconfig

2.diskor tape..(Device type)

3.devlinks

then the device will configure properly.
