Friend  access  provides access to member  with in the namespaces .The protected friend gives  specifies access  to the member with in the namespace and the  derving classes.

A Friend can be acessed without having any relationships like inheritaqnce but protected Frien can be accessed only when inherited and a protected friend will become a private function for that inherited class
