Atleast one of them is doctor.
Statement a rules out son as he is a blood relative to all of them.
Statement b and c together rule out the possibility of the doctor being a woman

The only person whose occupation can be doctor, is Mr. Horton (which is not ruled out by any of the statements).

According to the question

C) Says that there are only two chances that is
doctor and lawyer should be men or doctor and lawyer should be women.
B) There are only two women who are not blood relatives, so there are no chances of a women being a doctor.
A)
Remaining two men are blood relatives,  If the doctor is younger then the lawyer then they are not blood relatives, which is incorrect, therefore doctor is elder among them and who is Mr. Horton.

Case A: The Doctor is Younger than the Lawyer
- Mr. Hortons son cannot be the doctor as no one younger can be the lawyer, and older family members are blood relatives.
- Mr. Hortons wife can be the doctor if she is younger than either Mr. Horton or his mother, as they are not blood relatives.
- Mr Horton can be the doctor and his wife, the lawyer, if his wife is older than him since they are not blood relatives
Case B: The Doctor is a Woman
- If Mr. Hortons wife is the doctor, her blood relative can only be her son, making him the lawyer.
- If Mr. Hortons mother is the doctor, the lawyer can be Mr. Horton or his son, as they are blood relatives.
Case C: The Lawyer is a Man
- If Mr. Horton or his son is the lawyer, the doctor must be a man (which aligns with the possibility of Mr. Horton being the doctor).
Consistency Analysis
1. Mr. Hortons son cannot be the doctor:
- Theres no younger non-blood relative who can be the lawyer.
- All older family members are blood relatives.

2. Mr. Hortons wife can be the doctor:
- She is not a blood relative to Mr. Horton and his mother.
- Mr. Horton or his mother can be the lawyer, and Mr Hortons wife, the doctor, if she is younger.
- Also from case B, Mr. Hortons wife can the doctor, while her son and only blood relative can be the lawyer.
- However there is a constraint from case C, if the lawyer is a man, she cannot be the doctor.
3. Mr. Hortons mother can be the doctor:
- If Mr. Hortons mother is the doctor, the lawyer can be Mr. Horton or his son, as they are blood relatives.
- However there is a constraint from case C, if the lawyer is a man, she cannot be the doctor.
4. Mr. Horton can be the doctor:
- Case A allows it if his wife is the lawyer and is older than him.
- Case C also supports it as the lawyer being a man necessitates the doctor being a man.

Final Conclusion
From the above analysis, the only consistent possibility that satisfies all conditions is:
- Mr. Horton is the doctor.
- This is because he is not eliminated in any scenario by the constraints, and if the lawyer is a man (which fits all cases), Mr. Horton being the doctor fits perfectly.
Thus, the known occupation is:
Mr. Horton is the doctor
