Activex DLL: implemented as in process component.They run on the same space as that of the client due to which the communicatiob bet client and component is easy and makes the DLL Fast

ActivexEXE: implemented as out of process component.run on the seperate space as that of the client.the comumnication bet client and component is thru mashalling.
which makes them slow.
