To add a user u need to log in as a site administrator and select the domain and the project .Then you need to go to add icon and select the user u want to add to the particular project.

HiThe new version of TD (TestDirector for Quality Center) should provide you width that. If you not want to upgrade, i guess you have to design your own "start page", include the apps and bits you want to display, and use code to extract data from TD.. Ramblas

hi there is a simple way with quality center here u can filter the defects by any field(like as status , by user,by date...) select all and delete. compare this is is by filtering.if u want any clarifications mail me on tamminas_ramu@yahoo.co.in

They're both the same thing only with a different name. Before version 8, it was called TD but now it's called Quality Center and no longer TD so what you think is TD 9 is really Mercury Quality Center 9.0

Common mode can be used by any one.To use private mode special permissions are required.In Common mode options like test design,test execution, defect reporting options are available.In Private mode options like Create test plan are available.
