Sql injections!!!!
I can write an sql query and add it to the site URL and hit enter. It if spits you the password there you go, the website is useless as security is compromised!

Adding to all the above comments...The Reviewer should verify the Positive, Negativeand Integration Test Cases plus all the Integration checkpoints with related modules,...The Test Data can also be verified.,..if ur template has provision.
