How to create a scenario .
We have to install load runner controller to the host .
Then we include list of host(where vuser script execute) then list of vuser script (where vuser run) and then list of vuser that run during the scenario.

Hits/second are the number of HTTP requests made by VUsers to the Web Server in a scenario or session step run on a per second basis.Requests/second are the number of requests completed during each second of scenario run.

Hits per sec is the number of calls to the Webserver per second.And Request per sec is the number of request made to the webserver per second.Point to be notice here is "one Request may have many calls(Hits)".

No. LR can be installed on a different machine, if that is what you wanted to know.The LR Agent provides the necessary interface between the Controller and the Load Generator.
