User exit is single implementation and it is procedural approach. Whereas BADI is multiple approach and object oriented approach.

ALV list just displays the output in list format which is not editable whereas the cells in the grid display are editable as Mayank said above, but we cannot update database using the editable values. We can just use the edited contents to print the list.

Using editable ALV we can get the inputs from the user and by using check_changed_data method we can get the entered/changed values from the front end grid and explicitly we have to write the code to modify the entries in to the data base.

No we can not assign middle or last field as an key field, because primary index is created in the group of key fields so it is an syntax error and have to group the key fields are maintained at the beginning of table only

2. Outer join
3. Left outer join

I suggest that if you join two internal table you use inner join concept more than two table you use for all entries .
if you do so your program will perform better.
