In Oracle reports only 2 parameters
1. Bind parameter replaces single value in SQL, it is prefixed with :symbol
2. Lexical parameter replaces a statement in SQL, it is prefixed with &symbol

Forms program units are local to form builder if you want to use without database you can use form program units else use database procedure

You can change the page size dynamically at main section page
go to object navigator and click paper layout and then 3 objectives can be populated you have to click the main section two time then property inspector layout can be populated there you can change the width

If you write NULL in on-error trigger defined in Form level of Forms 10g, then what will happen to the error message during runtime? Will the error message get displayed or not?

Nothing Happens... the on-error trigger wont be handled in case a NULL is written in the trigger
